I guess they pretty much covers every general formats we can think of. Conversion from one format to another is very easy in zamzar. Browse to your file (URL supported), select desired format, enter email address to receive the converted format and start converting.

I use Zamzar a lot, its one of the best ways to convert mov files to other file formats.
Some times it has some plugs but normally works great.
