I like http://www.qpyn.com it has many features including a navigation box that takes you directly to your sight and allows you to see the url on your browser.

Snipurl rocks. I’ve been using a totally crap shortener until now. Ted’s suggestion above is a silly imposter too. Thanks for this stuff!
