I\u2019ve tried various methods to remove this problem, but nothing worked. The thin red line I encountered seems to come from the top part of the design.<\/p>\n<p>After numerous experiments, I believe I\u2019ve found a solution. I\u2019ll skip the failed attempts and get straight to how you can solve this problem. If you\u2019re also experiencing a similar issue, follow the solutions below.<\/p>\n<p>First, you\u2019ll need an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hongkiat.com\/blog\/photoshop-alternatives-windows\/\">image editing app<\/a>, like <strong>Adobe Photoshop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Open the image and save it as a .PNG file. This step is essential.<\/p>\n<p>Next, add a thin white border around the image.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/fix-cricut-thin-line-print-cut\/thin-white-border.jpg\" alt=\"Image with thin white border added to fix Cricut design issue\" width=\"1859\" height=\"1537\"><\/figure>\n<p>Then, expand the image slightly to add transparency all around, like this:<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/fix-cricut-thin-line-print-cut\/give-image-transparent-border.jpg\" alt=\"Image with transparent border added for Cricut print and cut fix\" width=\"2479\" height=\"2030\"><\/figure>\n<p>Now, export the new image as a PNG file and bring it back into Cricut. Proceed with the Print and Cut process as usual.
