If the Bluetooth connection suddenly drops and won\u2019t reconnect, it happens more often than you might think.<\/p>\n<p>This issue can lead to an error message when you attempt to cut your project: \u201c<strong>Connect machine: No device found.<\/strong>\u201c<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/cricut-machine-not-found\/no-device-found.jpg\" alt=\"No device found error\" width=\"1500\" height=\"418\"><\/figure>\n<p>In this post, we will attempt to solve this issue.<\/p>\n<h2>Get Mac and Cricut Design Space Updated<\/h2>\n<p>First, make sure your Mac and Cricut Design Space are up to date.<\/p>\n<p>To update your Mac, click the Apple icon, then go to <strong>System Settings &gt; Software Update<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/cricut-machine-not-found\/system-update.jpg\" alt=\"System update menu\" width=\"606\" height=\"286\"><\/figure>\n<p>To update Cricut Design Space, click on your profile icon on the top right, then go to <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/cricut-machine-not-found\/cricut-profile-icon.jpg\" alt=\"Cricut profile icon\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1018\"><\/figure>\n<p>Under the <strong>General<\/strong> tab, click <em>\u201cCheck for updates.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/cricut-machine-not-found\/cricut-check-for-updates.jpg\" alt=\"Check for updates option\"><\/figure>\n<h2>Steps to Reconnect Cricut to Mac<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Turn off the Cricut machine.<\/li>\n<li>Quit the Cricut Design Space app and restart your Mac.<\/li>\n<li>On your Mac, forget all Cricut devices in Bluetooth settings.<\/li>\n<li>Turn off Bluetooth on your Mac.<\/li>\n<li>Turn on the Cricut machine.<\/li>\n<li>Turn Bluetooth back on and re-pair the Cricut machine with Bluetooth.<\/li>\n<li>Open Cricut Design Space.
