You can also repeat this on any given date or weekly.<\/p>\n<p>The tools involved in getting this to work include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automator app<\/li>\n<li>Calendar app<\/li>\n<li>Your default browser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Launch Automator. Double-click <strong>Calendar Alarm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<p>  <span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/original\/1-calendar-alarm.jpg\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/1-calendar-alarm.jpg\" alt=\"calendar alarm\" width=\"1571\" height=\"1066\"><\/span><\/p>\n<li>On the sidebar, Choose <strong>Internet<\/strong>, then double-click <strong>Get Specified URLs<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<p>  <span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/original\/2-internet-get-specified-urls.jpg\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/2-internet-get-specified-urls.jpg\" alt=\"get specific urls\" width=\"1619\" height=\"844\"><\/span><\/p>\n<li>Under the <strong>Address<\/strong> section, click the <strong>Add<\/strong> button to add all URLs of websites you want to be loaded. In this case, we will load <em>apple.com<\/em> and <em>hongkiat.com<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>After adding the websites, double-click <strong>Display Web Pages<\/strong>, so it gets added to the right panel.<\/li>\n<p>  <span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/original\/4-display-web-pages\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/4-display-web-pages.jpg\" alt=\"display web pages\" width=\"1697\" height=\"870\"><\/span><\/p>\n<li>Click the <strong>Run<\/strong> button on the top right to make sure the automation works.<\/li>\n<li>If everything seems ok, go to <strong>File<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Save<\/strong>, then give the automation a name. We will call it Open websites. Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<p>  <span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/original\/6-save-automation.jpg\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/6-save-automation.jpg\" alt=\"save automation\" width=\"1326\" height=\"769\"><\/span><\/p>\n<li>The Calendar app will then be loaded with the <em>Open websites<\/em> event added on today\u2019s date.<\/li>\n<p>  <span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/original\/7-event-added-to-calendar.jpg\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/7-event-added-to-calendar.jpg\" alt=\"add event to cal\" width=\"732\" height=\"374\"><\/span><\/p>\n<li>Double-click the event, change its time to a minute later, and wait for the automation to run.<\/li>\n<p>  <span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/original\/8-change-one-minute-later.jpg\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/8-change-one-minute-later.jpg\" alt=\"one minute later\" width=\"1096\" height=\"816\"><\/span><\/p>\n<li>If the automation runs successfully, you can then set the automation to run at any time or day you wish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"su-note\" style=\"border-color:#d7d7d7;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">\n<div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#f1f1f1;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">\n<div class=\"sue-icon-text\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"self\" style=\"min-height:34px;padding-left:36px;color:#333333\">\n<div class=\"sue-icon-text-icon\" style=\"color:#333333;font-size:24px;width:24px;height:24px\"><i class=\"sui sui-info-circle\" style=\"font-size:24px;color:#333333\"><\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"sue-icon-text-content su-u-trim\" style=\"color:#333333\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> The automation may not run exactly on the dot at the given time. But it will run within the given one minute nonetheless. For example, if the time set to run the animation is <em>05:30<\/em>, the automation may start anywhere between <em>05:30 \u2013 05:31<\/em>.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear:both;height:0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Repeating the Automation<\/h2>\n<p>You can repeat the automation at any given time, day, or week you wish. Here\u2019s how to do it.<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<p>Double-click the event in <strong>Calendar<\/strong>, under <strong>repeat<\/strong>, select the dropdown and select how frequently you want it to be repeated.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/original\/repeat-automation.jpg\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/repeat-automation.jpg\" alt=\"repeat automation\" width=\"1336\" height=\"765\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you select <strong>Repeat weekly<\/strong>, it will run on the same day and time every week.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/original\/running-weekly.jpg\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/running-weekly.jpg\" alt=\"run weekly\" width=\"1744\" height=\"1085\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Delete the Automation<\/h2>\n<p>You can delete the automation if you don\u2019t want it anymore. And you should, so you are not adding unnecessary junk files to your system.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s how to delete the automation file thoroughly.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Delete the event from your Calendar app.<\/li>\n<p>  <span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/original\/delete-from-calendar.jpg\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/delete-from-calendar.jpg\" alt=\"delete from cal\" width=\"800\" height=\"476\"><\/span><\/p>\n<li>Go to Macintosh HD &gt; Users &gt; <em>your_username<\/em> &gt; Library &gt; Workflows &gt; Applications &gt; Calendar, and move its .app to Bin.<\/li>\n<p>  <span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/original\/move-to-bin.jpg\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/auto-open-websites-automator\/move-to-bin.jpg\" alt=\"move to bin\" width=\"1336\" height=\"624\"><\/span>\n<\/p><\/ol>\n<p>Alternatively, you can delete it from <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hongkiat.com\/blog\/go\/macpaw-cleanmymac\">CleanMyMac X<\/a>.
