The image can be downloaded <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pexels.com\/photo\/back-view-of-a-person-in-winter-clothing-walking-alone-on-snow-covered-ground-1891882\/\">here<\/a>, or <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"ps-remove-object-backrground\/pexels-gantas-vai%C4%8Diul%C4%97nas-1891882.jpg\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the image in Photoshop and select the <strong>Object Selection Tool<\/strong> from the left <strong>Toolbar<\/strong>.\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/ps-remove-object-backrground\/object-selection-tool.jpg\" width=\"1478\" height=\"1051\" alt=\"object selection tool\"><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>Drag it over the object you wish to remove.\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/ps-remove-object-backrground\/drag-select-object.gif\" width=\"976\" height=\"788\" alt=\"drag select object\"><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>Now go to <strong>Select<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Modify<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Expand<\/strong>.\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/ps-remove-object-backrground\/select-modify-expand.jpg\" width=\"1407\" height=\"1072\" alt=\"select modify expand\"><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>Enter a value of anywhere from <strong>10 to 100<\/strong> (you might need to do some trial and error for the best result) and then hit <strong>OK<\/strong>.\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/ps-remove-object-backrground\/expand-selection.jpg\" width=\"714\" height=\"379\" alt=\"expand selection\"><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>The highlighted object will be expanded.
