Windows 10 Anniversary Update has brought some pretty useful extensions to its browser \u2013 Edge. However, if you haven\u2019t installed the update already, then follow the below procedure:<\/p>\n

  1. Open Settings<\/strong> and head over to Update & security.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Windows Update will automatically start searching for available updates and if not, then click on Search for updates<\/strong> to do the same.<\/li>\n
  3. Once it finishes searching, click the Download<\/strong> button to download and install the available update(s), and restart your system, if asked.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After you\u2019re done installing the Windows 10 Anniversary Update<\/em>, follow these steps to install extensions in Microsoft Edge:<\/p>\n

    1. Open <\/strong>Microsoft<\/strong> Edge<\/strong> in your system.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the More<\/strong> (\u2026) button on top-right and choose Extensions.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Click the Get extensions from the Store<\/strong> link in the visible sidebar.<\/li>\n

    4. Windows Store will open showing the Extensions for Microsoft Edge.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Click on the desired extension and then click Free<\/strong> button to install it.<\/li>\n

    6. After the extension is downloaded and installed, switch back to Edge.<\/li>\n
    7. Upon opening, Edge will ask for your permission to enable the extension.<\/li>\n
    8. Click on Turn it on<\/strong> if you wish to enable it, otherwise click Keep it off.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
