Connect USB keyboard to Android Device<\/h2>\n<p>You can <strong>connect a USB Keyboard to an Android device via a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/USB_On-The-Go\">USB OTG<\/a><\/strong> (On-The-Go) adapter, provided that your device is USB OTG-supported. If asked, provide a pin code. Once installed, you need to set it as the default input method.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings <\/strong>and tap on <strong>Language & Input<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Tap on <strong>Current keyboard<\/strong> option and then tap on <strong>Choose your keyboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Here, enable <strong>WiFi Keyboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li> Tap on the <strong>Current keyboard<\/strong> option again and choose<strong> WiFi Keyboard.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/connecting-desktop-keyboard-to-android\/set-wifi-keyboard-default.jpg\" alt=\"set wifi keyboard default\" width=\"800\" height=\"707\"><\/figure>\n<li>Now, open the WiFi Keyboard app and you\u2019ll see two addresses (can also be accessed from notification bar). In my testing, <strong>the typing was very responsive, but there is no text preview<\/strong>.
