With this Web Launch Checklist<\/a><\/strong>, you can dig into all the major points of a new website to make sure you cover everything. This includes basic performance tips<\/strong> such as loading time<\/a> but also covers important tasks such as SEO<\/strong>, content<\/strong>, security<\/strong>, and accessibility<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Each item in the checklist has a small plus (+) sign<\/strong> that you can click for more details.<\/p>\n

This way you can learn about each step and maybe pick up some tips you didn\u2019t even think about! It\u2019s one of the more complete web launch checklists and it covers pretty much everything you need to do for a brand new site.<\/p>\n

These days it still takes a while for Google to rank your content<\/a><\/strong>, with newer domains taking 10-12 months before they see real traffic.<\/p>\n

But, if you have great loading times, optimized content, and proper SEO in place then your site will have a much easier time pulling organic visitors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Thankfully, this checklist is also fairly new, so it covers some of the newer techniques<\/strong> such as HTTP\/2<\/a> implementation.<\/p>\n

Just check off the items as they\u2019re completed and move onto the next task. You can also download this checklist<\/strong> as a PDF file or a DOCX for Microsoft Word.<\/p>\n

Plus, the entire project is open-sourced on GitHub<\/a>, so you\u2019re free to download a local copy yourself to add\/remove anything you don\u2019t want on the list.<\/p>\n
