However, fonts may soon become a lot more flexible as Google has <strong>introduced a new font type that is both customizable and interactive<\/strong> \u2013 called <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fonts.google.com\/specimen\/Spectral?selection.family=Spectral\"><strong>Spectral<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Developed in collaboration with Production Type and Prototypo, Spectral is Google\u2019s first <strong><em>parametric font<\/em><\/strong>. It is designed with the principles of responsive design in mind.
