But Tuesday comes with a handful of <strong>new CSS animations<\/strong> that you <strong>can\u2019t find anywhere else<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"recommended_top\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Read Also:<\/strong>\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hongkiat.com\/blog\/animatecss-css3-animation-library\/\">Create Animation in CSS Easily with Animate.css<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>These new effects are <strong>much more subtle in nature<\/strong> so they really <strong>blend into a page nicely<\/strong>. Here\u2019s a <strong>small list of the effects<\/strong> you can pick from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fade & expand<\/li>\n<li>Fade & shrink<\/li>\n<li>Stamp down & bounce<\/li>\n<li>Angled swing<\/li>\n<li>Drop in from left\/right<\/li>\n<li>Squash\/stretch<\/li>\n<li>Hinge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you go through this list on the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/shakrmedia.github.io\/tuesday\/\">demo page<\/a> you\u2019ll notice that all the effects have <strong>one thing in common: physics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>They all feel very <strong>realistic to the basics of physics<\/strong>, and they seem to <strong>abide by the laws of gravity<\/strong>. None of these animations are over-the-top or extraneous. They\u2019re <strong>subtle yet noticeable<\/strong> and more importantly, they\u2019re <strong>believable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/tuesday-css\/02-tuesday-preview-menu.jpg\" alt=\"tuesday preview animations\" width=\"1000\" height=\"550\"><\/figure>\n<p>I think Tuesday is one of the best modern CSS animation libraries because it presents <strong>a realistic view of web animation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We shouldn\u2019t be designing crazy interface effects that stand out like a sore thumb. <strong>Subtlety<\/strong> is always the name of the game because it <strong>creates a sense of interactivity<\/strong> from any user input whether it\u2019s a click or a scroll.<\/p>\n<p>The trouble has always been writing these animations from scratch and getting them to look just right. But now with Tuesday your worries can fly right out the door.<\/p>\n<p>Just <strong>download a copy <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/ShakrMedia\/tuesday\">from GitHub<\/a><\/strong> and <strong>add the <code>.css<\/code> file to your page<\/strong>. You can actually <strong>use the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cdn.jsdelivr.net\/gh\/ShakrMedia\/tuesday@master\/build\/tuesday.min.css\">CDN version<\/a> straight from GitHub<\/strong> if you don\u2019t want to download anything locally.<\/p>\n<p>Once this is added to your web page, just <strong>append the <code>.animate<\/code> class along with any of the proprietary classes<\/strong> listed in the GitHub repo.
