The recipient uses SPF record to <strong>verify that it\u2019s a permitted server that sends emails to them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For Zoho Mail you can create new TXT entry for your domain with entry below:<\/p>\n<p><code>v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all<\/code><\/p>\n<p>Below is a screenshot of <strong>TXT record for SPF record<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/zohomail-setup\/zohomail-spf-record.jpg\" alt=\"zohomail-spf-record\"><\/figure>\n<h2>DKIM configuration<\/h2>\n<p>DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) is an email validation systems that was <strong>designed to prevent spoofing<\/strong>. The recipient will check for DNS entry that contains public key. <strong>Using this public key the recipient can verify that the message, including the attachment, is not modified during transport<\/strong>. However, to make it easier for your users to access Zoho Mail web, you can <strong>create custom URL for the sign in page e.g: mail.domain.com or webmail.domain.com<\/strong> instead of the long URL above.<\/p>\n<p>What you need is to create an <strong>alias or CNAME for your custom URL<\/strong> to <strong>business.zoho.com<\/strong>. You might also need a <strong>barcode scanner<\/strong>. For Android, I use the one <strong>suggested by the Google Authenticator<\/strong> <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.google.zxing.client.android\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Barcode Scanner by ZXing Team<\/a>.<\/li>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/zohomail-setup\/zohomail-two-factor-authentication-3.jpg\" alt=\"zohomail-two-factor-authentication-3\"><\/figure>\n<li>Here, you will also be shown <strong>how to create MFA device using Android smartphone<\/strong>.
