However, all of its other management features are available in the free version.<\/p>\n<p>The paid version offers three new capabilities, you can <strong>add and manage unlimited accounts<\/strong>, password protects the app, and unlock dark theme.<\/p>\n<p>Most users should have no problem with the 2 accounts limitation, but you can get <strong>unlimited account for $0.99<\/strong>. You can tap on it to see options to add a new account.<\/p>\n<p>Once another account is added, you will have to <strong>use this same menu to quickly switch between cloud storage accounts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/manage-cloud-files-on-android\/02-Switch-accounts.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"707\" alt=\"switch account\"><\/figure>\n<h3>\u201cExplorer\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>As the name suggests, this section allows you to access and manage your data. Furthermore, you can use the <strong>sort-by button to sort the data<\/strong> as you please. Although you can also use your favorite Android file manager if it has support for cloud storage.<\/p>\n<p>You can <strong>add unlimited cloud storage accounts in ASUS File Manager<\/strong> and manage them all together. However, the official cloud storage app <strong>may be required to be installed on your phone<\/strong> before managing the data.<\/p>\n<h3>Using ASUS File Manager<\/h3>\n<p>Using ASUS File Manager is really simple:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Install and launch the app<\/strong>, and you will see all your data stored in the phone memory.<\/li>\n<li>Tap on the hamburger menu icon on the top left side and then tap on <strong>Add cloud storage<\/strong> button at the end.<\/li>\n<li>You can <strong>choose from 5 supported cloud storage services<\/strong>, including Google Drive, Dropbox, ASUS WebStorage, OneDrive, and Yandex.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the required details, and your cloud storage account will be connected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can repeat the <strong>process to add as many cloud storage account you like<\/strong>, and they all will be shown in the hamburger menu.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, ASUS File Manager or any other file manager will not offer you as many data management features as Unclouded. It will <strong>show you all your data in the main interface, and you can scroll through to find the required files<\/strong> or use the search bar to quickly access the files. Apart from that, you don\u2019t have many options.<\/p>\n<p>You can <strong>quickly switch between accounts by tapping on the hamburger menu<\/strong> and selecting the required account. One thing I really like about the file manager is that it allows you to <strong>move or copy data between different cloud storage accounts<\/strong>. A very handy feature for moving data and managing space.<\/p>\n<h3>Summary<\/h3>\n<p>Unclouded is definitely the best option for managing your files in different cloud storage accounts. However, its <strong>two-accounts limit may not suit people who are looking to manage more cloud storage accounts<\/strong> and are not ready to pay.<\/p>\n<p>If you are <strong>not a fan of the fancy stuff, then ASUS File Manager is a much better option<\/strong> in my opinion.
