You can sign up for a new account, or simply connect it with your Facebook or Google account. You need an account to be able to use DropTask.<\/p>\n<p>With DropTask, users can create individual tasks and set a specific color for it. Instead of having normal boxes for tasks, DropTask displays the task in a more visual way.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/organized-task-project-droptask\/droptask.jpg\" alt=\"droptask group view\" height=\"331\" width=\"500\"><\/figure>\n<h3>Task Labelling<\/h3>\n<p>For each created task, users <strong>can set the status<\/strong> of the task to \u2018not started\u2019, \u2018in progress\u2019, \u2018hold on\u2019 or \u2018completed\u2019. You can do the same for priorities: \u2018very high\u2019, \u2018high\u2019 or none. The <strong>label comes in different colors<\/strong> which allow users to quickly detect which task needs more attention.<\/p>\n<p>The tasks can also be made larger or smaller by changing the effort settlings to large, medium or small. The <strong>higher the effort, the bigger the task\u2019s circle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.hongkiat.com\/uploads\/organized-task-project-droptask\/droptask-task.jpg\" alt=\"labeling tasks\" height=\"398\" width=\"500\"><\/figure>\n<p>Users can also add a sub-task under the main task for reminder purposes. With DropTask you can <strong>attach multiple files<\/strong> on the chosen task. Like creating individual tasks, users can set a specific color to represent the group.
