It doesn\u2019t matter which type of mobile device you are accessing online materials with; it\u2019s what you are using it for that is contributing to the chokehold of available bandwidth, particularly on campus where understandably students<\/a> make up the largest population. But it\u2019s not really their fault; we are all<\/strong> suckers for bandwidth-hungry<\/a> materials such as videos, music, high-resolution images, movie files and live streams.<\/p>\n
