With GCP, you do not have to worry about installing a printer driver on your computer, which can be a hassle when it is not supported by certain operating systems or versions.<\/p>\n

How Google Cloud Print Works<\/h2>\n

GCP works as a platform to submit and manage print jobs via the Internet cloud. Printing jobs can be sent from multiple platforms, whether from a native computer, mobile app, or web app. When a printing job is sent, GCP is responsible for sending these instructions to the designated printer, selected by the user.<\/p>\n

But if you own a Cloud-Ready printer, you need to first register it on the product website before you can use the GCP service. Click on the \u2018Add a Cloud-Ready Printer\u2019 menu on the left.<\/p>\n

To start printing from your Chrome, press Ctrl<\/span>+P<\/span> or select \u2018Print\u2019 from the wrench menu. A new window or tab will appear with printing details and a preview. Click on the \u2018Print\u2019 button, and the printing job is sent to be executed.<\/p>\n
