Technorati has recently announced a new status call Authority to replace the each blog’s incoming link figures. According to Dorion Carroll, Technorati will no longer calculate the number of incoming links to your blog, instead it is now replaced with Technorati Authority – number of blogs linking to your website for the last 6 months. My Technorati Authority is now 681 as I’m writting this entry.
