It has something to do with the IE browser. There is and IE Plugin for Mozilla Firefox that allows you to switch the rendering engine of firefox to IE. IT worked for me. I was pissed because I have the fast possible connection that I can get and IE was telling me that it was too slow. TVU is actually not good for me it uses too much bandwidth.
