Nuffnang paid!
After one week or so of putting up the Nuffnang ad (top right), earning figures are now showing up on my members account (Thanks for tipping, Cely). I’m earning RM140.45 ($40 usd) / week with one ad unit. This gives me an extra RM560 ($160 usd) / month. Sounds fine ;)
How Nuffnang pays?
Many I’ve asked are not really sure how exactly Nuffnang calculate your earnings. Well, what I got from Timothy, Nuffnang co-founder is that your earnings are based on unique visitors/per week; not CPC, CPA or CPM. I Hope I got this right Tim.
Advertlets
Advertlets fixed!
I’m not sure how many of you Advertlets publishers out there are aware of this, but your URI comes with extra codes if you display Advertlets Polls. I’ve taken down my Advertlets fearing these extra codes could affect Google indexing or so. Its fine now, it’s fixed.

When is Advertlets paying?
Collecting of demographics has been a while and Advertlets publishers are now desperate (ok, probably just me).

Hi Hong Kiat - as one of our all important early beta users, we’re really sorry! Your account details will be sent to you later today. Earlier beta users are a bit more complicated to port over. We’ll need you to reinstall the code on your side to get everything working though, so please do that soon? Thanks.
URI Bug: Yup, the extra characters were needed to make the poll do that dynamic resize thing. It’s invisible now ;) Cross domain scripting is not easy, but we’ve fixed it. Interestingly enough - you might want to note that no one else seems to have figured out how to make the dynamic resizing thing work across different domains (poll code from advertlets.com, put on hongkiat.com for instance - it’s different from the resizing widget on yahoo.com which is hosted on the same server).
Second million dollar question: Give us a week or less for ads to start showing up. Publishers who’ve done the Advertlets review already have RM50 credited to their accounts. We’ll be paying as soon as the first blogger hits RM200! Cheers.

Wow… 40usd per week. That’s quite some money isn’t it? Hope I can get some ads on my site too… :P

Congratulations. You just might be the highest earning Nuffnang person ever. Since its RM140.45, aren’t you eligible for payout? We wanna see your cheque!
A question for Hong Kiat and the Nuffnang people though: I noticed the ad is local - (RM199 for etc.. ..com.my). Is the same ad shown to international readers as well? Do you earn from international traffic too?

Devil: I”m eligible but will wait and collect a monthly cheque, I’m really not the highest and sure there are better earners out there.
