Upon successful sign up, surf around the categories to find some cool videos that matches your blog topic, “mash” (or grab) them, choose the display format you prefer and paste the codes inside your blog entry. That’s it.

Payment

TheNewsRoom pays by CPM and they promise at least $1 per CPM (thousand impressions). Here’s a quick look at the payment table I’ve got from the website.

If you manage to make 2000 impression out of the video, then you could earn up to $56/week. If others “mash” the video from your site, you earn an affiliate commission of $1/CPM. That sounds really promising for high traffic sites.

Verdict

The website seems to be lacking of a members dashboard. There is no way I can track the traffic and earning performance of video published. Well maybe it’s still new, I’m sure folks at TheNewsRoom are working on it. If this really work out, it could be one good source of income to making money from blog for me.
