Spotplex.com, a Digg.com similar interface but a different concept of its own. Basically the content is not user submission. Spotplex detects the impression of your blog article, the higher the impressions are the higher it is rank in Spotplex.

Spotplex provides internet users with real-time ranking of blog articles based on actual impression count.
