Even using Revo Uninstaller (a freeware utility that does a good job of removing entries from the registry and deleting files and folders sometimes left behind), the program is installed in such a way that some of the files could not be deleted. In my case I got an "Access Denied" error message. It took booting into Safe Mode and using DOS commands to delete the files and directory. Thank you, Online Armor!!!
