   yeah i’ve fallen prey once to this fellows down at the area you mentioned, i just came from china town for some good food, one fellow tried to pick my phone…luckily i felt it…guess what i beat the shit out of him in front of a cop….the cop dint even bother to stop me…the cop just acted when the rest of the public joined in the beating…
