I found the java one, and works fine on my mac
I would like to have command line augments java -jar ABRView.jar -file Resourcebag.com_Watercolor.abr

wow thanks for this post, this is exactly what i was looking for! you can use ABRView on a PC as well. just download the jar file and double click on it. it actually runs a lot smoother and doesn’t crash like abrViewer. i’m on Vista 64bit.

I could get the Windows version to work with Parallels. Annoying to have to do that though.

The Java version loads on my Mac, but it ignores any folder I add to it. So, for me, the program is dead. There’s no way to contact the author to ask for help either.

I’m sorry but I have to ask you to review this article to clarify the fact that the two projects aren’t related. My original software is released since the first 2005 version OPEN SOURCE under a GPL license.
The “abrView” is not open source and claims a 2007 copyright for an original idea I had in 2005.

Florain: I’ve just noticed you don’t have to use command to execute it. If Java (JAR) is installed, all you need to do is just double click.

If I’m not wrong, the author has stop further developing. abrView is just something for the mac and linux users. It might not be the original but at least something :-)
