i am having problem with paypal..it stated that-

Apr 15, 2010: Your credit card issuer notified us that a card associated with your account has been reported as lost or stolen, or that there were additional problems with your card. For more information about the problem with your card, please contact your credit card issuer directly.

how can i report such problem when i have never applied for a credit card..i never own one..how can i tell paypal this?they really are pissing me off..i understand about sending them my address and all but HOW AM I GOING TO VERIFY MY CREDIT CARD IF I DONT EVEN HAVE ONE?please please help me..i need to make payment n i dont want my seller to think negetive bout me..

I am having paypal account which i created when i was in US but now came back to India and i dont have any US bank account now.My account is limited but i received an e-mail from paypal stating that i can withdraw money now.I am having $600 But its showing withdrawal limit as just $220 ,So Can i transfer my whole paypal amount to my friend’s US bank account?

i had a uk business with paypal and used dropshippers some customers ordered products from me the payments went thriugh paypal i then tried to order the product from my supplier which i then found out was out of stock i immeadietly went to refund the customer then as i was doing so my account was frozen i explained tp paypal what had happened and what i was trying to do they refused to unlock my account asking me to get my customer to contact them to syay they had ordered from me and i was trying to refund them, now this to me sounds easy but it presents a problem to me as it makes my business look unprofessional and i did not want to loose my customer so i refunded the customer from my own pocket the paypal account was never unlocked and the money remains in the account and i am unable to get to it, !!!They are no good for business!!!

Hi,
my ac was limited back in july and since dec they send me email for withdrawing funds but they only support mail or fax in this case.

Can u guide me do they really pay as i live in Pakistan where paypal not suppors will they really give my cash or its a waste of more money for sending fax or mail.

Ok, heres some information that will hopefully help you all out.
If you sell online and are expecting a large payment (maybe $1000+) which will look very suspicious indeed, simply ring paypal (or email them) and inform them of this business transaction, tell them: I expect more payments in the future also.
In most cases they will say: This is fine, maybe you would like to upgrade to a business account in the future? Simple. Also keep in mind they are not a bank and their so called “contracts” are not legally binding and they in fact have no right to hold your money. Threatening to take them to the small claims court is a good way of getting your money back swiftly. Give them a 48 hours to unfreeze your account or you’ll carry through with your threats. Hope this helps.

I’m also a victim of paypal. they block my account for unknown reason and hold more than $4000 funds for 180 days. they ruined my online business. I have them. never use paypal. They can’t protect anything. They can’t protect the seller from chargeback. They can’t not protect the buyer from receiving fake items. It’s the worst company in the world.

Hi, anyone here know where to complain against the paypal if they force to close your account and hold your money for 180 days without any reasonable excuse? I lived in Malaysia and my account is verified. I get the paypal funds through buying from local forumer and they transfer USD to my account after i pay them RM. I had try to negotiate with them through email but all i get is reply like machine from them. Their customer service quality is like Streamyx customer service, if you know what i mean…with monkey/prehistoric human intelligent

It just happen to me after my account get access limited for two weeks without any other party dispute against me before, but only paypal self investigation on me. After i had no heard any update on paypal investigation on me since two weeks time, then i keep email back to them to push on them to resolve my account limitation. BUT what i get is my account force to close down and my money get hold for 180 days…They not even ask me to send any my verification documents to them or ask action from my side…
