Remember few days ago I blogged about Paypal enabling users to withdraw via debit card and credit card? Well, folks at Paypal has now officially put this into an announcement.
Here’s a direct quoting from Paypal:
We’re pleased to announce the launch of a new withdrawal feature, allowing you to transfer funds from your PayPal account to your Visa® branded credit, debit or prepaid card. This new feature will enable you to gain convenient access to your funds and is available in 26 countries, including Malaysia, India, Indonesia and the Philippines.
This is definitely a good news for those who have funds in their Paypal account but struggling on how you can withdraw them out. Hop over to the Paypal announcement page to understand more on:
- How does it work?
- Will every Visa® credit or debit card work?
- How do I determine if my Visa® credit, debit or prepaid card is eligible to withdraw funds?
- How long does it take to receive funds to my credit, debit, or prepaid card?
- How do the funds appear on my credit/debit/prepaid card?
- Are there any minimum or maximum withdrawal amounts?
- How much does it cost
So I guess this should put a stop on those Malaysianpal or sites that makes you pay for ebooks that teach you how to withdraw from Paypal?
