Hi there.

I was googling about twitter and your site was listed on the google search result. Anyway, about the part where you said "Twitter supports sending text messages to mobile phones too, free of charge" --> I thought there a standard telco rates applied for these sending and receiving sms-es from Twitter as well .. no?

That's what written on their page .. unless if I got it all wrong. Mind correcting me?

Thx a bunch!

fistball: yea, it is a malaysia based website.

tech: I think that's fair if twitter charges updates via phone 20 cents as updating via web is primary and they are free.

Diego: thanks for the recomendations.

Have you tried http://www.nonews.com/ the site doesn't charge you anything. Althought I don't know how it would work from malasya. Let me know if you try it.
