There’s quite some third party software out there can enable you to open multiple copies of Windows Live Messengers but most of them failed to work as I’m using Windows Live Messenger 8.5. Here’s one that works Messenger Plus! Live. Messenger Plus! Live does more than just allowing multiple copies of Windows Live Messenger, functions like protect preference with password, application transparency, personalized status and much more are also included.
Open Multiple Copies of Windows Live Messengers
- Download and install Messenger Plus! Live
- Launch Preference settings
- Choose Messenger tab, on Main checked on Allow me to connect to several accounts simultaneously.
- Done, double click the icon again to launch another copy

Before Patchou decided to make the sponsor program optional, I hated MPL because it always installed spyware (sponsor program). Now I use it happily.

PEOPLE – IT’S CHANGED.
ReplyTo open multiple accounts on the latest version of Windows Live Plus!, you need to click the ‘Cutomize!’ tab in Plus! Preferences and then hit General.
These are the changes that have been made to upgrade Windows Live Messenger Plus! – I hope some people find them useful.

Im using messnger 8.5 can I use this messnger plus or do I have to uninstall my msn8.5. and Im using vista. I tried other msn multi patched but it failed , said that its not compatible in my msn

um. i downloaded the msgpluslive and did wat it said but once i opend my email and went to preferances and options then on the menu bar i clickd on messenger but it doesnt say anywere multiple accounts and the option to open more than one email :( like it does on the picture of this page
