		<description>Perhaps more flexible than using keyboard shortcuts on the Mac would be to use the Grab application (supplied with all Macs). To find it, start in the Finder and from the Go menu select Utilities. Launch Grab from that window and then make the appropriate selection from the Capture menu (Selection, Window, Screen, or Timed Screen). In Leopard Grab saves in tiff format (Tiger saves in png). Once you have saved the screen grab, the easiest way to change the format is to open the file in Preview (Go &gt; Applications) and use Save As...</description>
