One cool thing about Citizen Image, you can upload your image with your mobile phone. Upon registration, Citizen Image gives each user an account *.member@citizenimage.com. Send your image via Email or MMS. That’s something new :)

• You are giving us a 2 year marketing rights for each image that you upload to us that is accepted.
• For Creative and standard (non-newsworthy) Editorial images this is a non-exclusive marketing right.
• For Newsworthy Editorial images we require 3 month exclusive marketing rights at the start of this Two year period. This means you cannot sell the same OR SIMILAR* newsworthy editorial images elsewhere during the covered period. This is because we will be issuing rights on your behalf and need to avoid another issuer of rights issuing conflicting rights to ones issued by us.
• This 2 year deal AUTOMATICALLY renews for 1 year periods at the end of the term unless either party terminates with written notice.
• Licenses that survive the term are covered beyond the term.
• You are acknowledging that the images uploaded are yours to sell and license and that you have not broken any laws in producing the image or in offering it to us.
• You are indemnifying us against wrongful actions by you.
• You are adhering to our submission guidelines. This includes making sure that, where appropriate, you have the appropriate model and property releases for subjects shot.
