Keeping Private Notes In Wordpress Dashboard

Wordpress Dashboard Note

Maxpower came out with a Wordpress plug-in that allows you to keep notes inside the wp-admin dashboard. Located at the bottom right, it is only visible to the authorized ones. This is particularly useful for bloggers that like to keep note or reminder of what to write in their future post, or even keeping data for a compilation entry.

Fantastic, exaclty what I was looking for. It would be nice if this was an existing feature in 2.7 but maybe they’ll add it next update. Thanks for the link!

An alternative that takes full advantage of the widgetized dashboard in newer versions of WP is Dashboard Post-it: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/dashboard-post-it/
