Changing your Mac OS X Leopard’s scrollbar has never been easier, it involves the changing of Extras.rsrc file (PPC Mac) / Extras2.rsrc (Mac Intel). How to replace default scrollbar with the iTunes alike

1. Download the Extras.rsrc file
2. If you are on Mac PPC, use Extras.rsrc, else use Extras2.rsrc. Copy the file into

   /System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/HIToolbox.framework/Versions/A/Resources/

3. Done!
