Google confirmed on Friday that their email service Gmail encountered a glitch. About 60 Gmail user had their email accounts being wiped out, email messages deleted and contact information permanently deleted.

One reader says

This is not a mistake. All your emails and contacts have been deleted on purpose. This was a malicious attack and not an error

There is still no confirmation if this is an attached or a internet flaw, but when it happens to internet giants like Google we will like to know.
