As a designer, I tend to care a lot on the overall appearance of any product. For advertisements to get good impressions, I think they have to be nice and beautifully crafted, or really simple & direct to leave good impression on people who view them. If you are technically unable to do those, then the ads have to be really creative, or funny to catch people’s attention. Funny ads pics after jump.
These following Adbrite ads were found in hongkiat.com, right next to Related Post. I thought they are freaking funny and it’s really tempting to click and see what’s that site got in store, but of course I didn’t. Now that’s a really fat Britney!

It’s ads, I talked about Making Money Online. This kinda entry should fit in nicely.
