I dont think you can transfer money from Pay pal to western Union but you can do this with money transfer service called www.xoom.com In this you can pay with your pay pal account and receive money in a bank account or in cash in your country... very good for people where pay pal does not send money directly ( like malayisia ) It works in over 30 countries... just create a account then click send money give details.. and select mode of payment as Paypal.. thanks hi.
