Tobacco addition is worse than heroin because nicotine builds neuron receptors which last a life time and demand nicotine. Fellow humans made to stand outside in all types of weather because they have a vice. Folks, this smoking law is not a health issue, it is about control and money. The non-smokers are self absorbed, judgementalists who inherently unimportant and need to feel superior to something. When alcohol prohibition did not work, the USA had to be in control of some part of American life and they found a way. A Health Issue. Make a health issue of something, hire some doctors and labs to back your claims. Scare people, form a lobby, get laws passed and "Poof" a partial prohibition, and you go along with it with your eyes closed. Second hand smoke won't kill you, it is the stress worrying about it that kills you. People in my family smoked into their 90's, with no health problems, so your assumption about short life span is wrong. Wake Up Americans (people of the world). I saw where the government is considering alcohol as a health issue. Opppsssss, here comes the bathtub gin again. Have a really good day ... I mean that.
