Digg.com the giant social bookmarking site has gone live today with some slight changes in the web interface as well as few new features. According to Daniel of Digg, one of their priority is to bring more attention to videos (which I agree, I does watch video more than I read text).
So let’s take a look at what’s new in the New Digg.
Homepage Customization

Customize your own default page on Digg.com by choosing from the Choose Homepage drop down after clicking Customize
Drop down navigation

Navigating sub categories has been made drop down, that saves you from loading another page
One click bury

Bury function has been bring forward, now you can bury a content even faster.
Video entries getting more attentions

By organizing the content this way, video contents are likely to get more attention from diggers.
Navigation Change

Some links have been reposition to create better relationships amongst.
Besides the changes we see on the interface, the website also have their entire structure rework to meet the need for the new dedicated image section in the future.
