Poor dude marx (nickname in forum) get conned into buying 40 units of Samsung Mouse, RM15 (USD $4) each unit. These Samsung mouse came in good conditions, just that it don’t have internal parts. eBay seller that sold these units claims the internals are sold separately.

Marx was tempted by the cheap price sold for these Samsung mouse but end up with a total lost of RM600 (USD $174). It is really unethical for the eBay seller to sold parts separately, it obviously looks like a con job to me rather than he’s really selling them separately. It’s really a bad habit in our mindset to think “the cheaper the betterâ€. Sometimes things are just too good to be true.

Buyer beware lah. There have been cases in the past where a photo (!!!) of a nice-looking product was the item for sale, instead of the product - think it was a PS3. However in that case, the seller sneakily snucked this fact into the description - the buyer never read it completely. So the buyer got no recourse.
Maybe it was the same in this case?
