Hey, cool, thanks for featuring my design (the Lunar Logic Polska one, with the “1″)! To be honest, that are not really business cards, but planning poker cards (used to estimate project flow) but there was no “print” category on Creattica when I posted it. ;)

I love to have something like the transparent card. It looks really cool and elegant.

The razor blade design is just brilliant, one card I’d keep in my contacts. Great designs but overall you’d have to question how relevant are business cards in todays world.

Very nice design ideas. Too bad I almost clicked away from your site when at least 3 different voices started blabbing at me. HATE that. Not sure if it’s from the ads or what, but it distracts from what could be an otherwise good site. Don’t know what they said – I muted it immediately. I normally click away…quickly.

I’ve seen many great collections of business cards online; I wish someone would post a round-up of places to get cards like these printed.

My local printers only handle full-color, “no frills” cards. I’d love to know where I could get something higher-end like those in this list.

It’s great that you gave out tips too. I’m currently writing about tips on how to make great business card templates myself but ultimately it is true and i do agree that there are no rules for creative card design. The increasing numbers of unconventional and unique out-of-the-box designs prove that.

These are very cool businesscard designs.

I love them all! I came up with my own unique business card idea at http://www.PromoBills.com. Instead of handing out a regular business card, I can hand out “Million Dollar Bills” with all my contact info. If you’re Canadian let me know and I can make them for you too and customize them however you want

Half the challenge of these kind of cards is the designer’s skills.

The other half – finding clients with the budget to produce such quality cards with great features (die cuts, raise/embossing, foiling, etc.). I’m 4 years in business now and I’ve only recently found clients who wanted a fully customized press run. Before that, most clients were small timers who wanted to use gang-run print shops so the specs were standardized, and 4/4 CMYK was the main option, with perhaps silver foiling or spot gloss as an option, nothing much more.
