It all started off with a lot of disbelieves but still Agloco is launched. People doubt the Agloco model and started calling it scams but still we sign up and refer friends. Then the company keep procrastinate the launch of the toolbar - the only tool to earn money from this model but at last it launches and still it did not survive long enough to give payouts to its members.

11 hours ago, Agloco send an e-mail to all its publishers. I had it thrown into trash without reading but when I saw Lilian’s entry, I decided to look for it but there is no surprise.

Dear Hongkiat,

We would like to update you on the status of AGLOCO’s operations. We continue to believe in the AGLOCO concept, but our revenue is currently not sufficient to give Members a meaningful distribution. And though there are increases in membership, the resulting revenue is not enough to support operating costs. As a development team we are unable to continue to use our savings to fund the operations. If any Member would like to pursue continuing the operations of AGLOCO, you may contact us at agloco1@live.com .

We would like to thank every Member for supporting our effort to bring a piece of the Internet directly to the user. We hope that we can find a way to keep the operations going.

The official Agloco blog has not been updated for the entire November month and nothing in December. I guess the company already see this coming. After weeks on idling on updating their progress, the next official announcement is this e-mail.

Agloco now holds a huge contact list of its members and I believe this is one valuable assets the company has left with. If they decided to sell it off, I’ll have to be twice hardworking cleaning up my mailbox. After AllAdvantage dies, comes Algoco. And now if Algoco dies, there might be a third one in the future. People will doubt it, call it a scam, but still sign up. Then history will just repeats itself.

I’ve never believed in any MLM (Multi-level Marketing) concept, online or offline.
