You probably noticed some sites’ AdSense ad units were slightly different from the rest and if you wonder why you just can’t tweak your ad block to become similar to theirs; that’s because these folks are on AdSense Premium account. Unlike premium Wordpress themes, these AdSense premium account is something money can’t buy.
How to tell It’s a Premium AdSense ad unit?

Here’s few sample of a Premium AdSense ad units. As you can see, not only you have more customization in terms of fonts face and size, you can also rephrase the ad label – “Ads by Google” into “Sponsored Results”, “Sponsored Links”, or in fact, nothing at all. One of the premium ads has background colors in alternative ad units too.
How do I become AdSense Premium Publishers?
For starters, you site must have more than 20 million pageviews or at least 5 million search queries. That breaks down to about 160k search queries on daily basis. Dint seem too easy huh.
Privileges of AdSense Premium Publishers
- More flexibility in ad formats
- Optional labeling of ads
- Google sales representative & account manager
- Advanced filtering options
- More monetization options
Though it really look kinda hard to get an invitation to those, but getting know what it is and how it works is still good. Let’s work towards it?

Fachia,
It seems difficult to achieve because the requirement is high, put it this way,the reason they ve high requirement because they want to make sure we have 1)Traffics 2)Quality contents 3)High rank .If we can achieve this 3 elements,i can say you are success in internet and you are independent internet entrepreneur/blogger.Set it as a target instead of giving up so early.
