matched

Matched.co.uk is a new advertisement network startup based in United Kingdom. Yes, this means by any chance you are earning from them, you are getting paid in Pound Sterling (£). And we all know getting paid in pounds is better better than USD, in terms of currency exchange rate.

Matched.co.uk Model

When you sign up, Matched will give you £5 in advance and they will try to matched your site with their pool of advertisers. For every advertiser ads that appears on your site, you get another £3 each. These guys did not list the minimum amount required to withdraw payments, so we assume payments will be send every 15th of the month via Paypal.

The ad format

Here’s how a Matched.co.uk’s ad will look like. By the look of it, it’s really similar to Google AdSense. So your first concern now will be – Can this be placed on the same with with Google AdSense or other ad network?

Folks at Matched says yes.

Can I run ads along with Google Adsense or from other networks?

Yes, you can run Matched.co.uk ads along with Google adsense as they are not contextually based and won’t affect other ad systems.

Let me make things a bit clearer – if you are using imaged based Google AdSense, you are fine but if you are using contextual Google AdSense, this is not for you.

@iCalvyn Though it looks great to be earning in pounds, but I guess it’s how much you can earn that matters.

@Deca Good to know that’s people earning from it. Voice from publishers that earns makes the ad network sounds more convincing.

@Hongkiat Here come a question. Matched gives £5 if someone signs up as a publisher but it has no minimum payout amount. Is that mean if I sign up but don’t do anything, I still will get £5 for next month?

@Deca Do you use contextual Google Adsense in your website?

@Kay I believe there is a minimum payout, else everyone would just signup and wait for the withdrawal. However I failed to find these in the FAQ, nor I’m a current Match publisher.

Matched.co.uk is a great money making for small blogger like me. Last July 21, the ad network sent me £20, the first payment I received as a publisher.

You can view my blog for ad samples of this ad network.

Matched has made me lots of money over the last year. They used to give ads to any type of website but over the last few months have become a bit more selective.

I think pages now need to have at least one inbound link in order to be given an ad by Matched.

Brillie’s right with his list of types of sites that seem to get ads matched quicker, and I found my finance, debt, health, real estate and insurance pages always got picked really quickly.

I’ve always been paid on time and I now make over $100 a month with very little work! :-)

    Personally, I couldn’t recommend Matched.co.uk highly enough!!

Money4Banners is a similar program one should check also. You can add as many sites as you like and earn 3 pounds every month for each site.

Forget it. It’s a scam. I’ve had their ads displayed on 2 of my sites (business tips) for over 4 months now and I have yet to receive a single payment.
Furthermore I noticed that the pages containing ads have disappeared from google.
