I would suggest give Clicktale a try. I’ve been using it for 2 months and it is neat to watch what your users do, I learned a lot.

I’ve used Userfly on a few projects (the free plan). It’s nice to get a sense of what people are doing, but my only complaint is the lack of context. You are never sure why the person leaves, where they get confused and so on. True user testing is the only way to get that kind of context, but for a free, quick, sometimes creepy look at how average people use your site, it’s worth a try.

I’ve also heard very good things about ClickTale. Their solution is more robust than Userfly, but sometimes simple is nice too.
